Air Hydraulic Foot Pump for Triminator Rosin Presses

The Air Hydraulic Rosin Foot Pump for Triminator Rosin Presses functions at 10,000 PSI at 100 PSI air. It features a 2-stage release mechanism with internal relief valve, pump, hold, release with pedal control, 1/4″ NPT Air Inlet, and 3/8″ NPT oil port.Compatible with all Triminator TRP Rosin Presses.

Source of compressed air required. Must be at least CFM 5 at an operating PSI of 100. The Air/Hydraulic pump converts (multiplies) input air pressure at volume to hydraulic pressure. We recommend a compressor with a minimum air output of 5 CFM (cubic feet per minute) at an operating pressure of 100-120 psi. Many smaller compressor units may produce 4-5 CFM but at only 35-40 psi. This will not be enough pressure at volume to operate the pump at a practical production level.

In fact, with an under-capacity air compressor, the hand pump option is actually faster. Compressor buyers need to check CFM at operating PSI to determine if the compressor meets the minimum requirements. If a customer is anticipating very rapid press cylinder cycle times then more CFM (10-12) at a higher pressure (130-150) will be necessary.
