FoxFarm's Grow Big Hydroponic is available in a special formula just for hydroponic systems. This is a potent, fast-acting, water soluble fertilizer that encourages vigorous vegetative growth from the first week through bud set. Grow Big Hydroponic contains earthworm castings, Norwegian kelp and essential micronutrients to support vigorous vegetative growth.
This special brew to encourage sturdier, healthier stems and leaves, but we also provide enough nutrients and trace minerals to create the kind of healthy branching that you’ll need later in the season for more abundant buds and blooms.
Tip: Beginning the first week, use 2-3 teaspoons per gallon of fresh water. Maintain nutrient solution pH level between 5.8 and 6.3. When plants show their first sign of flowering, usually around week 5, switch to Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom.
How to Use:
Use a conductivity or ppm meter to monitor water quality and control nutrient strength. Maintain nutrient solution pH levels between 5.8 and 6.3. Check pH regularly as water quality can vary. Measure accurately, always adjust fertilization rates to plant response.General Feeding:
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per gallon (4 L) of water with every reservoir change.
Heavy Feeding:
- 3 teaspoons (15 ml) per gallon (4 L) of water with every reservoir change.
Supplemental Foliar Feeding:
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) per gallon (4 L) of water every other week. Do not apply while plants are in direct light.
