Gentle on Flower While Tough on Stems

The Mobius MBX Bucker has die plates ranging from 4 to 7 feed holes to accommodate stem sizes up to 1/2 in diameter. Hole options include round and star-shaped configuration. The 1/2 HP variable speed motor is gentle on flower but offers uncompromising pulling power on stems. Bucked flower is funneled by a stainless-steel chute to an accessible catch tote or an optional conveyor for fully automated workflows.

The MBX Bucker has a standard reverse feature for when larger stems get stuck. No forcing stubborn branches through and risking the integrity of your product

Integrated Stem Chipper for Convenient Waste Management

The Mobius MBX Bucker is the only commercially available bucker to include an integrated stem chipper. After the stem is pulled through the feed hole die plate to remove the flower and leaves, it passes through 2 precision engineered stainless steel cutting blades powered by a 3/4 HP motor.

Waste stems are consistently diced to a manageable size to more efficiently fill the catch tote, reduce how often the machine is emptied, and eliminate the need for further processing prior to disposal. For comparison, one bag of chipped stems is roughly equivalent to 20-25 bags of unchipped stems.

Safety-First Design

The glove-friendly control panel includes a reverse setting to help clear stem obstructions and a safety stop within operator reach. The unit is compliant to CSA guarding standards to ensure hands stay clear from moving parts.

E-Stop:

Emergency stop button – stops all moving parts on the device.

Start/Chip:

Energizes the electrical panel and starts the integrated chipper (if equipped). Note: This button will be illuminated when in operation.

Forward:

Initiates forward roller direction for normal operation.

Reverse:

Initiates reverse roller direction for removing stems.

Stop:

Stops infeed motor. Note: Under normal conditions, rollers do not need to be stopped when toggling between forward and reverse direction.

Speed:

Turn dial to adjust roller speed to desired rate.
