Heather Lott has been the CFO and co-owner of Monster Gardens for over 12 years. She has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and business management. Combining her love for plants and gardening with her experience in business has helped Monster Gardens become the business it is today.
When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with family, yoga, hiking and being in the great outdoors.

Jim Guttierrez is the CEO and co-owner of Monster Gardens. Jim has been in the hydroponic industry for over 20 years. He has worked in construction, business management and even as a volunteer firefighter. His claim to fame is being the Oakdale, California Cow Milking Champion 3 years in a row. He has a belt buckle to prove it.

Jorie Lott has been the web content manager at Monster Gardens for 5 years. She graduated with a degree in philosophy from UC Berkeley in 2016. She is continuously working to improve the Monster Gardens website through use of creative thinking, adaptability, problem solving and an eye for aesthetics.
In Jorie’s free time, she likes to run, hike, rock climb and see live music. She also has over 60 houseplants which are thriving due to the fortunate position she has working at Monster Gardens. All that growing knowledge gets around the office.
