• Err4: IR lamp error – Reconnect the power adapter. If the error persists, contact customer service.   
• Err5: Internal parameter error – Reconnect the power adapter. If the error persists, contact customer service. 
• Err6: Internal calculation error – Reconnect the power adapter. If the error persists, contact customer service.  
• Err7: Temperature or humidity error – Turn off the power adapter and allow the device to sit in a dry place for more than 12 hours.
