Bluelab Soil pH Pen

Measure pH and Temperature Directly in the Root Zone

The Bluelab Soil pH Pen measures pH and temperature directly in soil, coco coir, potting mixes, rockwool, and other growing substrates. You can also use it to check nutrient solution, making it a practical handheld meter for monitoring both your growing media and your feed.

Take on-the-spot readings without preparing a soil slurry. The tapered-tip probe helps with penetration and root-zone contact, while its fiber-reinforced polycarbonate body provides improved flex resistance.

Features for Routine Grower Checks

• Direct root-zone measurement: Check pH and temperature in pots, beds, and growing slabs.
• Tapered-tip probe: Designed for easier penetration and effective contact with soil and substrate.
• Two-point pH calibration: Calibrate with pH 7.0 and pH 4.0 solutions.
• Automatic Temperature Compensation: Accounts for temperature effects on pH measurement.
• Backlit LCD with hold function: Keep a reading on screen for easier viewing and recording.
• Waterproof design: Suitable for everyday use around growing media and nutrient solution.
• Automatic shutoff: Helps conserve battery life between checks.

Storage That Keeps the Sensor Hydrated

The KCl-filled storage cap doubles as a dibber and keeps the pH sensor hydrated between uses. The included KCl-Keep Plug seals the cap while you take measurements, helping prevent spills and contamination.
