Beneficial Bacteria for Your Root Zone

Botanicare Hydroguard is a liquid root inoculant containing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, beneficial bacteria that colonize the root zone. Use it in hydroponic, soilless, and soil-based gardens as part of your regular watering routine.

The bacteria help break down organic matter and may convert it into nutrients that plant roots can absorb. The application rate is 2 mL per gallon of water.

Directions for Use

• Shake well before each use.
• Add 2 mL per gallon of water with every watering during the growth cycle.
• Never mix undiluted concentrates together.
• Allow the nutrient solution to mix thoroughly before adjusting pH.
• Do not combine with hydrogen peroxide, which kills the beneficial bacteria on contact.

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens: 0.038%, with a minimum of 10,000 CFU/mL (colony-forming units per milliliter).
