Application Instructions:

• Vegetable Gardens & Flower Beds:
  • New Gardens: Apply 5 lbs per 100 sq ft and mix into the top 3 inches of soil.
  • New Transplants: Add ¼ cup per hole, mix, and water well.
  • Established Plants: Side dress with ¼-½ cup per plant twice monthly during the growing season.
• Outdoor Containers:
  • New Plantings: Add 2 tbsp per gallon of soil or 5-10 lbs per cubic yard.
  • Established Plants: Mix 1-2 tbsp per gallon into the soil surface twice monthly.
• Trees & Shrubs:
  • Spread 1 lb per 2 inches of trunk diameter around the base to the drip line, mix into the soil surface, and water well.
  • New Trees: Mix 1-2 cups with backfill soil and use to fill the transplant holes.
