Growing Info:

• 80 days to maturity
• Sow seeds May 20–June 15, once soil is at least 65°F
• Plant in blocks (not rows) to ensure pollination—minimum 16 plants
• Space 6" apart in rows 36" apart; thin to 12"
• Don’t plant with pole beans (short stalks!)
• Harvest at milk stage when kernels are plump and soft
• Days to germination: 3–12
• For best results, grow in rich, composted soil with full sun

Seed Saving Note:

Corn is wind-pollinated and will cross with any nearby corn (even GMO varieties). Isolate by at least 2 miles or hand-pollinate for seed saving. To avoid inbreeding, save seed from at least 100 plants.
